BRAND

Cyke is a small artist owned business retailing in artist designed cycling clothing and collectables .  Learn more on About Us page.

Cyke is based in Perth, Western Australia. 

Cyke was created mid 2020 by Twain Forsythe. 

The Cyke word itself is a mixture of Cycling, Bike and Psyche.   

The latter being one of the main drives behind creating the brand to begin with.

PRODUCTS

Most of our garments we use are made outside of Australia and will be noted on the labels.  The garments are finished i.e. printed or embroidered in Australia by professionals. 

Other products such as stickers are made either in Australia or outside Australia depending on where stock is going.  This just ensures shipping costs are kept to a minimum which the savings are passed onto our customers. 

All products are designed in-house in Perth, Western Australia.

All clothing care instructions are present on the garment.  Please adhere to these to avoid any problems with wearing your products. 

ORDERING

Yes.  We use encrypted payment portals with our Shopify store to ensure processing is safe and protected.  You can read more about our Privacy Policy here. 

You can view the latest sizing charts either on the product listing page or on our Sizing Charts page.   Please ensure you order the correct size to avoid any problems. 

We take most major credit and debit cards for payment processing.  An up to date list will appear on the footer (bottom) of the store and at checkout. 

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is successfully processed. 

You may have a few minutes to amend your order details prior to it being processed and packed before shipping.   If the shipping is on its way we will not be able to change any address. 

If you are lucky to contact us prior to the order being picked or packed you may be able to cancel the order.  If the item has already been packed for shipping we cannot cancel the order.

We order stock periodically and sometimes can be out of stock with a particular size or garment.  Stock may be low due to discontinuation but this may be mentioned on the product listing.  Most Sales items will not have stock being reordered to make way for new products. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated live at the checkout to ensure you get the best options available.  We do occasionally have free shipping offers which would be announced at the top of the page if active. 

We aim to dispatch the stocked item orders in 1 -2 working days.  If order is made to order please allow a few extra days for manufacturing time. 

If the item is stocked it will come from Perth, Western Australia.  If the item is made to order it may arrive from Europe or USA depending on your location.

Yes.  All parcel orders include tracking which will be sent to you via email when delivery in on its way to you.  Small items such as envelopes do not have tracking available at this moment. 

This is very much dependent on your country and how they manage imports coming into their country.  Please check prior to ordering if you may encounter these taxes as Cyke is not responsible to pay them. 

RETURNS

Yes.  We offer a 10 day return policy based on the circumstances.  All details are found at the bottom of the Shipping & Returns page.

No. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping.  We advise customers to use a trackable postage service to ensure the items arrive. 

Exchanges are based on circumstance and would be assessed according to current stock etc.  You can request an exchange similar to a returns via instructions on our Shipping & Returns page. 

Once we receive and assess the returned items we process the refund or exchange within 2 working days.
