General Shipping Enquiries

International orders outside of Australia may be subject to import tax made payable to your local government. This is completely out of our control and you will be entirely liable for this fee if it occurs. Please check your local government tax website prior to any ordering if this would be a concern.

We try to deliver to as many as possible but some have restrictive postal services which we avoid due to problems that can occur.

We currently deliver to the following countries: (these may change depending on global circumstances)

Asia: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.

New Zealand.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Clothing Orders

Clothing deliveries are dispatched from our stocked warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

These are guidelines only and subject to change.

Australian clothing deliveries take approx. 5 to 7 days for Standard Shipping and approx. 3 - 5 days for Express Shipping.

Asian clothing deliveries take approx. 6 to 15 days for Standard Shipping and approx. 3 - 6 days for Express Shipping.

New Zealand clothing deliveries take approx. 5 to 12 days for Standard Shipping and approx. 3 - 8 days for Express Shipping.

European clothing deliveries take approx. 8 to 20 days for Standard Shipping and approx. 7 - 13 days for Express Shipping.

UK & Ireland clothing deliveries take approx. 8 to 15 days for Standard Shipping and approx. 6 - 10 days for Express Shipping.

USA & Canadian clothing deliveries take approx. 9 to 20 days for Standard Shipping and approx. 7 - 15 days for Express Shipping.

Clothing shipping costs are calculated at checkout. As prices are changing quite frequently globally we feel this ensures accurate costs for our customers and allows combined shipping costs for items dispatched outside of our own warehouse.

Yes, all clothing deliveries include tracking which will be sent to you via email when available.

Yes, when you spend over $150 AUD on an Australian delivered order or $250 AUD on an international delivered order you will qualify for free standard shipping. It will automatically be applied to your shopping cart.

Art Print Orders

Art print deliveries are dispatched from an on demand printer based in Australia, Europe or USA depending on order. Please be aware that they will be sent out separately from any stocked order placed at same time.

All art print deliveries vary so please allow approx. 10 to 20 days to receive your item/s. The included tracking will have a better estimate when it is sent to you.

Shipping is included in the price and will appear as FREE standard shipping in the checkout. As it is a separate on demand print service we do this to allow it to merge with our calculated shipping easier.

Sticker deliveries are dispatched from our stocked warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

Australian sticker deliveries take approx. 4 to 5 days for Standard Shipping.

Asian sticker deliveries take approx. 25+ days for Standard Shipping.

New Zealand sticker deliveries take approx. 25+ days for Standard Shipping.

European sticker deliveries take approx. 25+ days for Standard Shipping.

UK & Ireland sticker deliveries take approx. 25+ days for Standard Shipping.

USA & Canadian sticker deliveries take approx. 25+ days for Standard Shipping.

No, all sticker deliveries do not include tracking as it currently isn't a feasible option for us to use. We are confident it will arrive but if it does not then we are not fully liable for the missing delivery.

General Returns / Refunds Enquiries

Yes, we currently offer a 10 days return service on stocked items only. Printed on demand products such as art prints are not returnable do to the nature of their production.

The customer is responsible for return delivery charges which require tracking to be included. Cyke is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. 

Before any returns or refunds are assessed please contact us on help@cyke.cc within 10 days of receiving your items and we can talk you through the steps required.  Do not send any items before contacting us as they will not be considered for any refunds or exchanges.  Products must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with tags in tact. 

If you believe the item to be damaged or unusable upon arrival you may be entitled to a refund based on our assessment.

Before any returns or refunds are assessed please contact us on help@cyke.cc within 10 days of receiving your items and we can talk you through the steps required.  Do not send any items before contacting us as they will not be considered for any refunds or exchanges.  Products must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with tags in tact. 

Refunds will be processed upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods.  We will refund your payment same day minus the costs of initial shipping, packing and payment processing charges.  Any sale items or clearly marked discontinued stock items are not subject to returns or refunds.  

Lost / Missing Deliveries

If the unlikely event occurs and your delivery goes missing and is un-trackable please contact us on help@cyke.cc to help rectify this. Most likely it is being held by customs or at your local post office so always check there first.  We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address and will recharge for resending any returned items. 

Payment Currency

Cyke is an Australian owned and operated business and all payments will be displayed in your local currency but will be charged as Australian Dollars (AUD).
